Chocolate Mud Cake

This one is my love.
Smell of the dark chocolate already bring you to heaven. Yep, it is exactly how I feel.
Chocolate curl is a bit difficult to make. No easy way, just practice, practice and practice.
Chocolate ganache look so great.
I donated this one to nurses in the aged care center. They are working so hard.

Roses basket

How long it takes me to finish all roses - not so long, just 1 saturday afternoon. First time, not bad. At least, I managed to make enough putting on the top of the cake. This basket was given to my lovely neighbour who always give us fresh fig, homemade cookies and light bites

Mickey Mouse

I am not a big fan of Mickey Mouse. But this one just can't resist.
This cake has given to my friend's little daughter. She loved it.
Tips - all black area is using choclate dark brown to make the butter cream.

Bear - my first cake

It is my first time to decorate cake. I have seen my friend doing it couple years ago but not feel interesting at all. But now, just feel amazing. Just can't believe I make it.

Falls wonderfully

Sometimes everything falls wonderfully into place. We don't have to force this to happen;
We somehow find ourselves in the right place, at the right time, and we see magic all around us.
You simply have to find a way to recognise them.
